From the floor to it's fully extended height, how high is it? I know it goes up 68" but would like to know from the floor how tall is the entire sys?

Not sure on ht but I have a walk under lift and used it to pull a c6 Tran out worked great.

Does the top plates tilt side to side?

it tilts i think on 2 sides the bad thing about this jack is the height it reaches it is not exactly great for a roomy install for lifts

Are your heightsoff because you assembled it incorrectly in the pictures. The wheel mounts are upside down according to the included instructions.

The instructions were translated to English and not much use. I assembled it via what made sense. I have had it for a couple of years and am happy with it.
