Just organic wheat flour, organic buttermilk powder, baking powder, organic cane sugar, sea salt, and baking soda. Even if you're not a seasoned chef, this mix is incredibly easy to prepare. Just add water and an egg, mix it well, and cook. That's it! In no time, I had fluffy and delicious pancakes ready to enjoy.The pancakes were light and fluffy with a subtle hint of buttermilk flavor. It wasn't overpowering, but just enough to add a touch of depth to the taste.you can use it to make both pancakes and waffles. I tried both and loved them both. The pancakes were fluffy and light, while the waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.This mix is very affordable, especially considering it's organic. It's a great value for the money and a perfect option for health-conscious individuals.

A nice alternative to Bisquick! We love that it’s organic and feed it to our two toddlers almost every morning (with chocolate chips of course).

I usually make pancakes from scratch but wanted to send this as a surprise for breakfast when visiting out of town. The mix arrived at our host's home on time and was packaged well. We prepared the mix according to the directions (double batch). The batter was extremely thick and difficult to pour. The pancakes did puff up as they cooked but were very dense and had about as much flavor as the bag it came in. We tried to dilute the mix a bit and it yielded a better product for cooking but the second round was still dense, thick and flavorless. On the plus side they do soak up a LOT of maple syrup. I like that the product is organic but will not purchase this again. It is not worth the price of convenience.
