I have several compressed discs in my upper cervical neck, so I tried and compared several pillows, the Elviros Cervical Neck Pillow, the Cushion Lab Deep Sleep Pillow, and the HOMCA Memory Foam Cervical Pillow.#1 Cushion Lab Deep Sleep Pillow - best comfort, 2nd rank on support for the neck (but good enough I don't feel pain sleeping or the next morning. seriously, top-tier comfort it's surprisingly soft and plush but a supportive pillow, I like to sleep with it backward so I get more support at the neck.#2 Elviros Cervical Neck Pillow - best support, but small and very firm so slightly uncomfortable. (this one)#3 Any general memory foam pillow - (what I used to use) which is not good enough for upper cervical pain.#4 HOMCA Memory Foam Cervical Pillow - this was absolute crap. worse than a general pillow as it has a decline where the neck should be, so in fact has less support for cervical/ upper cervical.

The support is good it’s just hard to stay comfortable throughout the night in one position

I’m very happy with this purchase. This wedge can be used for lumbar support in couch, neck support of course for back sleepers, in between legs or even just to prop up your pillow. It’s a little smaller than a Queen pillow width by a few inches.The memory foam is fairly firm, which is a good balance of not too firm. That said, the insert foam pieces don’t make sense? The gray one is supposed to be optional for height adjustments. But it’s flimsy and without it the cover sags a lot.Same with the small foam insert. It comes with the blue inserted. But it’s so thin and extremely flimsy like it’s not even there. The optional yellow insert is perfectly firm and matches the memory foam.Highly recommend!

The pillow wouldn't stay under my neck, it kept creeping up to under the base of my head and I would wake up with really bad headaches. But it works good as a lumbar support when I'm on the couch.

I got this very recently and the pillow is already “remembering” where I put my head, so that foam memory dip makes the lumbar support less and less each night. Worked like a charm at first though. Perhaps more of a travel pillow than an every night pillow because of how fast it lets itself go. Also there’s not a pillow case on earth that fits this thing so my inner germaphobe reeeally disliked that as well. You’d think the company would make one so they could corner the market on this pillows freakish shape that it doesn’t hold.. but nope.

I found that the two inside supports we're too much for me, and i took them out and it was just right to support my neck and not feel like im being pushed too far forward, making my posture unaligned. However its been difficult so far finding a pillow case that will fit it and is comfortable the one that comes with it is as rough as outside lawn furniture just about and the current comfy case I have slips all over it so im laying on wrinkly sheets. Really wish they made comfy cases that fit, i do find its working for my neck - was suprising that my chiropractor had not even been able to crack part of my neck the other day after using this, like it was already aligned.
