Great addition to any home gym!
This was the perfect add to my home gym. Simple design, light weight and compact. It can travel with me on the road and fits nicely in my workout bag.

I bought this hoping to have a piece of simple equipment to use in a hurry and store easily. What I got was a piece of crap waste of material.The possible exercises are uncomfortable and impractical. The window for injuring yourself is large. ESPECIALLY if you intend on doing any of the behind the back examples shown.You can hold it out in front of you and squeeze for a decent, low impact chest pump, but I recommend grabbing some resistance bands instead. I played around with it for about 10 minutes and I hope to save your time with this review.Automatic return for me.

It’s a nice compact workout equipment
What I liked about it you feel results immediately after your 1st use if you doThe movement correctly, I just received mines a couple days ago & keep going back to itAt least twice a day.I can see it vey easy to travel with if you sitting in inside your Hotel etc. you canPut it together & get a nice toning .

Do not buy this exerciser
I have torn rotator cups in both shoulders, and was looking for a home workout piece of equipment that I might be able to use to gain muscle strength in both of my arms and shoulders. This is NOT the right choice. I had to struggle to bend this exercise more than 1 inch. You would have to have the muscle mass of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger to use this device.

No directions
Have not used product yet, however there are no directions on how to assemble or on how to use! Very disappointed.
