I'm using this chair for 3 months now. It's comfortable and supporting the back welldyring long working hours. Recently, I had a breakage in the lumbar support part. Without confidence, when I contacted the customer support, I was amazed by the way Da Urban addressed the issue. They confirmed to send the part immediately to my address as the product was still under warranty. Cannot expect this from many Indian products. They confirmed over phone that the part is in transit and shared the details of package. I will receive it in 3 days. Really happy to buy this chair and also happy with customer care of Da Urban. 😀 👍

The chair is really good, and you could almost assemble it yourself. Definitely one of the best value-for-money products I have purchased. Go for it! The best part is the 3 year warranty. After almost a year of use, I faced an issue with the chair’s hydraulics. I immediately contacted customer support, and they responded within 24 hours. Within 48 hours, a replacement part was shipped. Once the part was delivered, a technician assisted with the replacement and I was able to install it successfully. Tip: Record a video of the issue and share it with customer support for faster resolution. Extra points for the excellent customer support. They did a great job addressing my concern and replacing the faulty part at no additional cost. Overall, I’m very happy with the chair and especially impressed with the after-sales service. Average for the price Cons - the hand rest is just like sponge . - the grey plastic lining running in the back does fir properly and its hanging. So am genuinely concerned about learning really backward. Seems like a manufacturing defect.
