I've purchased one of these for each car I own, and I got one for my dad. He had to jump his totally flat battery to start his C8 Corvette V8 engine, and it worked perfectly, roaring to life in an instant. I've not needed mine on an auto, but I've used it to start my lawn mower on several occasions... works perfectly. I would highly recommend having one of these in your car just in case. It's much better than jumper cables. They seem to hold a charge very well too.

My old VW van battery went totally dead so I got to use this for the first time. Took 2 seconds to connect and it started right up, I was amazed. It only used one bar of power of the five which is crazy. Then I was on a camping trip and my phone died, total panic mode. This is a game changer. Most people these days don’t carry jumper cables and if you’re waiting on AAA, you could be waiting 2 to 3 hours. I have personally use this. It’s great. It took me less than five minutes to start my car and go have my battery checked. I gave it to my mom’s neighbor because she hikes up in the mountains and if she were to have a dead battery, she has the capability of getting it started. This thing has been a lifesaver. Have you ever had a dead battery when you're car is parked in a way that another car can't get close enough to jump you with regular cables? I have and this starter saved the day. It also works well for charging other devices and has a light for emergencies. Bought several so that my kids also had one in their vehicles.

Since the temperatures have started dropping well into the 20s now I've been on the lookout for a decent jump starter. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with batteries far too many times that I decided to finally get myself a jump starter. It comes with a flashlight, which can come in really handy plus it also comes with two charging ports which can charge your devices such as cell phones and tablets or even a mobile hotspot so this could be a potential lifesaver as well. I gave this one a try and it works as expected the battery also charged within a reasonable time so I'm pretty pleased. It comes with a nice carrying case and it's compact enough that you can easily put it in the back of your car without taking much space. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm looking forward to putting years of use into this charger.

I purchased this after seeing one in use. As a college professor, I keep this in my car and can't tell you how many times I've jumped cars in the parking garage for students or other faculty. Also, it's inevitable that if you have your car stored over vacation or the airport parking lot and have any kind of dashcam or other objects that drain a battery, you'll be glad you have it. The charging is just a quick plug in with a USB charger. There's a battery monitor so you know when it needs a charge. It's very easy to use and the only knowledge you know is how to expose your battery connector and which is positive (it's the red one) and where to get a ground on the car frame or negative terminal.

Doesn't work. Tried to Jumpstart my VW Multivan. Not even a little fart. And for Refund had to send it from Germany to England for 19€ and only got refunded 10€?! Useless junk
