They are very comfortable. Nice leather. A little annoying to attach but once they're on they're on.

I have an unmodded pair of mark 3s and I wanted to know if these were better than the 1540 pads.These have better bass, vocal presence and maybe a bit more treble than 1540s but the Dekoni pads sound unnatural in comparison. These pads make orchestras sound way too bassy but if you don't listen to orchestras then get these. I'm sure when you heard about t50rps and planar headphones in general people were talking about insane bass and amazing imaging and these pads exaggerate those characteristics. I think the best way to describe the difference betweeen the two is 1540 pads make music sound the way it should and the Dekonis make t50s sound the way they should.

I use these mainly while at my computer at home and that's typically a few hours at a time just a few days a week. I use a headphone stand while not in use, so I'm not throwing my headphones down on the desk. Even though I treat my headset with care, the stitching has ripped on the seam inside the left earphone. Absolutely disappointed with this purchase and going with the shure pads this time. I don't recommend these at all.

I have the T60rp (non Argon) and they add a bit more bass that I quite like and move the driver further away adding a tiny bit of soundstage. Overall comfort is drastically improved, the memory is so slow acting, and the Sheepskin is extremely soft. I highly recommend these for any of the Fostex RP line of headphones.

I absolutely love these pads. I've ordered 4 pairs of them now. They fit on many other headphones besides the t50rp (which I do have a pair on). They are great quality, comfort, look and feel. Can't go wrong. If you can afford to swing the money for these.... DO IT!!!
