Very good buy
The media could not be loaded. Works well and the pen doesn't dry quickly.I don't use it for art but for marking things while working on cars and I can report it works brilliantly and does the job exactly as needed.5 stars for quality.

Water based with limited use
As its water-based writing on plastic is useless as it just wipes off it would be good for painting on paper etc as it will soak into the paper, one end is a little like a paint brush and the other is a fine felt tip.
