I don’t normally write reviews for feminine products, but this one deserves it. For years I used Always, and every cycle I would cramp SO badly. I honestly thought it was just normal for me. They are a little pricey, but excellent. Purchased for my teen and she loves that they don’t scrunch up and they have excellent absorption. She has a heavy flow and these help her feel confident that she won’t leak through.

The best pads. I used to get really bad irritation from other brands but these did not do that at all. Very good for sensitive skin girlies ! The cooling sensation is weird at first but after awhile it isn’t even pad and helped with cramps for me.

worth the hype 100% , i dont wear them throughout the whole week but they help very much in the first 3 days i literally had no cramps or hot flashes
