You might need an adapter because of the recessed 1/4" threads
Works great, but the 1/4" hole's threads were too recessed to fit on my camera tripod's 1/4"-20 adapter. So I bought a 1/4"-20 Female to 5/8"-11 male screw adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BHVL3JPZ) which worked perfectly. This adapter screws into the threads of laser level's mounting bracket, and lets you mount that on a standard camera-type 1/4"-20 male screw.

Let Me Level With You
My product does not work. I’ve try 3 different sets of batteries and the same malfunction happens every time. The Unit turns on for about 3 minutes and then shuts down and will not restart until hours later after removing batteries and reinstalling them. Not saying the entire line of this product is bad but Mine Clearly Is. Unfortunately, it was purchased for a major acoustical project I’m working on and the day I was read to use the product happened to be a day after the Return window. Will attempt to reach manufacturer regarding replacement or return.UPDATE: After posting this review, the vendor reached out to me within a few days and made things right by giving me a Full Refund. Awesome Quality Customer service. Thanks!

Excellent product..
Excellent quality, ergonomic design, very good quality accessories, strong magnetic base, fine tune adjustments, all fixtures that a pro can use at a very good price, Can use a second battery.

BEWARE OF BAD QUALITY--split vertical line & weak magnets
The media could not be loaded. When I first ordered this laser level, I thought I got a good deal at around $30.However, it wouldn't turn on our of the box. I used a battery tester and realized that it was shipped with dead batteries. No big deal, I just swapped the dead batteries with some fresh Duracell batteries.Once I got it to turn on, it became immediately apparent that the optics are poor quality because the vertical line is split. See the attached picture.Also, the magnets are so weak that they can't even stick to the side of the refrigerator without sliding down. See the attached video.This is getting returned--you should save yourself some trouble by ordering a different laser level.

Eats batteries
It was cheap and it works, so that's good. But once your battery hits 1.2v, it shuts off. And it doesn't take long for it to drain the batteries to that level.
