So far so good. I've been using for allergy deterrence and notice when I don't take it I definitely have really itchy eyes and nose. I also noticed if I take two it doesn't enhance the effectiveness so 1 a day is good enough.

These are absolutely huge and way more than you really need. I've changed to something more reasonably sized. My stomach is happier as well as I was taking these mammoth things with Iron and Vit C on an empty stomach every morning. These seem to be the culprit. Not deducting stars as you can see the size and dose before you buy.

High dosage at a good price - been taking these for a while now and I believe I do see a difference in food tolerance. I have Celiac, am gluten free, and avoid dairy although a much milder reaction and autoimmune doesn't kick in. I also have other autoimmune issues. Taking these I can have certain dairy and tolerate it often with no issues at all. I would not consume gluten for sure, but ai think this helps overall controlling autoimmune issues. Everyone is different.

Hello, I have an iron deficiency, I was looking for a product that would really work for me to be able to raise iron levels, these pills are easy to swallow, they are soft, I have autoimmune conditions and I can tolerate it well. I have had good absorption

I'm very disappointed. All the capsules were stuck together, I've only been able to take a handful, the ones I could pry apart. Most pop when trying to get them apart, so they are trash. Wasted my money.
