Menopause Supplements for Women, 120 Billion CFUs Probiotics - 120 Capsules

Hot flashes gone!! Finally found something that worked for the awful hot flashes. I've tried many supplements and nothing ever worked or even relieved them in the slightest. I wish I had found these sooner!! It did take about a week or so to start working, but absolutely took them away completely. So, give them time to work. I took 1 pill daily every morning. I ran out once and they came right back. Never again! Relief, I tell you.

Taking them in the morning first thing with a small bowl of plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of maple syrup and I feel great! After having 2 wonderful kiddos, I didn't realize I was eating emotionally during these little years to give myself a break in the evenings with a dessert or a glass of wine etc and I was gaining weight and feeling bloated. Long story short, I wanted to try these to help me feel better after reading that gut health affects energy levels and overall feeling healthier. After only 1 week I'm feeling way less bloated and more comfortable. The little years are so fun and rewarding being a stay at home mom, but I haven't been taking care of myself as much as I take care of the kiddos, but hey I'm slowly getting more sleep now that the littlest one almost sleeps through the night and small choices make a difference. So if anyone else is in the same boat to try to feel better, try this! I've been trying to go to bed earlier and not snack at night or only have no sugar added applesauce or celery if anything and after getting better sleep, choosing smaller plates for meal portion control, more fruits and veggies on my plate than anything else, with some exercise and these probiotics...this week alone feels so much better! So whoever you are, I think the things I mentioned will help you too! The probiotics are an easy and great start to be in the right direction of internal wellness! Having only 1 cup of coffee or switching to herbal tea some mornings has been helpful and only one glass of wine a week with my hubby as we watch a movie is something I'll look forward to now instead of thinking of wine 3 times a week as a way to relax when sleep is really what I needed haha. Thanks for reading! I really love these probiotics and hope you do too! I have little ones needing a healthy mama so this is a great product to help me be one for them! Hope this was helpful!

Got these for my mother, and she said these probiotics have been helpful, given her energy as well and helped so much with mood swings and so much in general, glad I was able to purchase these probiotics for her! I also felt a difference in her energy level. I found it minimizing her mood swings and hot flashes as well! Finally she are getting some sleep and no longer experiencing night sweats! I am reordering for her because I think this probiotic capsule may have aided in my mother's recent weight loss too. These menopause probiotics work! Also helps with my mother's daily hot flashes which is significantly reduced. She has noticed a difference in how good she feels and a reduction of female issues since using these probiotics. Highly recommend these menopause probiotics supplement. She are really enjoying this probiotic, and have recommended them to several other people.

Excellent product

I've been using this product for several months now. It seems to be working well. Will continue to buy.

This supplement contains probiotics for women and other ingredients specifically targeted at these discomforts. I have noticed a slight improvement in the frequency and intensity of those symptoms. The menopause probiotics for women in this supplement seem to be helping with my overall digestive health. It's important to remember that these probiotics for women take time to work. I've been using them for quite a while now and have seen some gradual changes, but nothing drastic. For the price, I think this menopause probiotics for women is worth a try, especially if you're looking for a more natural way to manage some of your menopausal symptoms. I would say this provitalize for women might be a good option for some women.

I'm 46 y.o and after starting to struggle with a lot of premenopausal symptoms and tried other supplements, this provitalize for women was the best option. I’ve been taking probiotics for women a few months and notice a lot of improvements: better energy, not feeling bloated, I had a blood work done and the estrogen level was regular after being super low. I’m happy and I’ll keep taking probiotics for women. This probiotics for women has no smell, no taste and it’s very affordable, but it could be a little small for some people, I have no problems swallowing anything. I recommend this probiotics for women!

These are great. Improved digestion. Easy to take, small capsules. Less bloating.
