Between Worlds with Hemi-Sync

I am familiar with the hemi sync technology as i have been using the gateway voyage set from the Monroe institute. I started taking meditation seriously in the last months. During one of my meditations, the thought came to me to use the hemi sync cds - they are basically a short cut into a deep meditative state.I tried this cd for the first time yesterday and i was blown away - almost literally. i could distinctly feel my energy body vibrating, also had certain visions and moments of clarity about questions i had been thinking about. some of the sounds connected with my soul and made feel so joyful. I clicked out at some points in the cd but at literally a minute till it was over, i became fully conscious again. The feeling of bliss carried through the night and into this morning.At some point during the meditation, i felt sleep paralysis set in (numbness in body) - for those who are interested in OBE's i think this might get you there.The CD contains 6 tacks with varying lengths and the total time is 52 minutes. I hope that you enjoy it as much as i did if you end up purchasing it.

I had read the only review of this CD before I purchased it, so I expected music with some rainforest sounds.It's more rainforest sounds (and some pretty unusual ones at that), with some musical instrumentation. It doesn't really have any melodies, but that's okay. In addition to the hemi-sync sound, which I can listen to on its own (if you agree, buy Super Sleep), the stereophonics are very complex-lots of sound movement left, right, up, down and around. If you're looking for something mellow to put you to sleep, this isn't it. It's not jarring, but the sounds and instrumentation are "unique". I did start to nod off near the end, but not before being very entertained. Dead Heads would appreciate this CD's ambiance. One of the artist's name is Peyote-enough said. Buy it. D. Mack

After using several "meditation" style CDs, this was purchased while reading an endorsement in Eben Alexander's book "Proof of Heaven" which is a very well written account of his "suspended life or after death" experience. This music does something to provoke my subconscious to unique experiences. I used it the first time in a darkened room and awoke to a startling jolt. The second time was more gentle in the light of day with eye shades. I look forward to more experimentation. If you're exploring and adventurous with self, then I recommend it, as the price is very reasonable compared to others and the sounds and music are most delightful for a pause in life.

I used this for Astral travel. The first timeI listened to it, I believe I left my body and ended up immediately at some unknown location in what appeared to be space. A purple and red gelatinous being with a horizontal mouth covered in cilia approached me, and I felt a sting in my hip on my actual body, bringing me back to full awakening.

I play this every night with my cozy phone headphones and it has made my dreams more vivid and easier to recall.

I know lower sounds are supposed to be more soothing, but the didgeridoo instrument is disturbing to me. It reminds me of the voice of an angry man. I do plan to try more hemi-sync cd's, but will take a closer look at what instruments are being used. I do believe that the Hemi-Sync frequencies entrain the brain to enter deeper states of consciousness.

I have struggled with meditation for many years for a variety of reasons. The Between Worlds CD has proven to be just what I needed to help me complete a session of meditation without falling asleep or quitting because of extreme boredom. The combination of sounds and music are very pleasing and at the same time can evoke visions and result in a relaxed, euphoric state of mind.

I purchased this after reading Eben Alexander's book, much like another reviewer. I like the idea behind the music/sounds, but sometimes the sounds are eerie, or disturbing and downright scary. I'm going to continue to listen to see if there is any benefit, but I was so surprised I found myself more tense than relaxed listening to this CD.

Great music, helps me to meditate and to relax.

Souvent, j'essaie de méditer, mais mes pensées vagabondent, et je me retrouve en train de faire un gâteau au chocolat, au lieu de rester dans la "vacuité. Ce CD m'aide immanquablement à rester dans le présent, et même si je m'endors, mes pensées sont muselées, même au réveil. Un bon outil.

Très belle musique relaxation profonde à écouter tranquillement chez soi pour une détente parfaite le rythme permet vraiment de profiter de la relaxation

Magnifique voyage très évocateur et stimulant sur le plan créatif. Très efficace pour installer l'état de calme intérieur et s'évader.
