I have to say that after reading the reviews I was a little worried that I wouldn't get the Blue Water Filters. I placed my order on Tuesday and today (a day and a half later) got the cartridges and the tablets. Everything arrived as described on Amazon. Yes, the Blue ones and they fit perfectly well. By the way,what a huge difference changing the filter and deep cleaning the machine makes in the flavor and viscosity of your coffee. It takes takes just a couple of minutes and it's extremely easy. Great value too.

The machine works better when using the filters made for it and these filters is what we always use. The cleaning tablets are also made for the Jura machine.

I feel like I'm being ripped off...
Maybe the cleaning tabs work....a filter here and there...are they effective, probably but...once you buy a 2-3-4 thousand dollar coffee maker, what's 150$ worth of filters and bs.....just buy them...and get on with your life.

Filtres Claris originaux bons à long terme
Ai toujours utilisé des filtres originaux Claris/Clearyl Blue depuis maintenant 9 ans et ma cafetière continue à très bien fonctionner. Sans compter que le café a meilleur goût. Je me suis fait refiler des filtres non-originaux une seule fois et ça a paru (beaucoup de particules de charbon dans l'eau). Je m'en tiens donc aux originaux, malgré leur prix plutôt élevé.

Prior to purchasing I read where a lot of people were mentioning they weren't actually Jura products.... which caused some hesitation on my part because I find all "non-Jura" products not up to my expectations. All of mine arrived in Juris packaging as pictured on the sales page ! Couldn't be happier.
