It was very hot out and it was put it in my mailbox . I was looking for it on my front porch when I realized it was sitting in my hot mailbox. Still I got it and put it in some of my pond water. It is now in my pond and it has started growing and I’m very happy with it. I would order from this company again.

Came dead or frozen
The media could not be loaded. This product was dead/frozen upon arrival. I put it in water but it is not save able.

Didn't get 12 but the few we did get are great!
We didn't get 12 strands but we've had these before so knew that the few we had would be fine and make more. Never ordered online pond plants before but these came in wet paper towel and looked overall good.

Plants were meager looking, kind of wimpy
Not very impressive upon arrival. They were alive but not in very good shape. Got them "planted" in my outdoor pond so will see if they grow and/or perk up.
