Doesn't get hot
Doesn't get hot in the slightest as I can easily hold my hand in front of it.Even tried using warm water as per the instructions and still didn't produce hot steam.Returned.

Used this product for my domestic cleaning business & was pleased with the results. It's also light weight & easy to move around . The only thing that lets it down slightly is the fact that the mains cable could do with being a bit longer

Use an extension lead
Excellent little steamer. Brilliant on tiles and cleaning the radiators so far. Use an extension lead a long one and it will be perfect.

Don't waste your money!
The media could not be loaded. I read the reviews on here and bought this steamer. It leaks everywhere when using the metal elongated pipes. It is of no use to us honestly. I need to send it back and get my refund.
