So originally I bought this to try and help me with problems I've been having in my neck and shoulder. My partner being the way she is, was obviously also interested in what I was doing every day, and soon my pillow was no longer "mine" but rather "ours".So over the past week of daily usage by us both, I can confirm that the pillow definitely has a beneficial use for the user!My partner had a noticeable "neck lump" from repeatedly leaning over a phone/ laptop. This has noticeably reduced with her spine straightening up - her neck now more inline with her shoulders.My neck and shoulder pain has also become more manageable, and my range of movement has increased. A side benefit is that I seem to be taller as I've noticed I can now see the dust on top of the fridge!Only gripe is that the cover didn't come prefitted to the pillow. I probably struggled more than I should with fitting it, until I looked at the listing and noticed I'd fitted it the wrong way round... It is however a welcome addition with kids in the house!

Try as i might I can't get the cover on the neck thingI think I may have torn it in my haste. Perhaps there is a trick ?Might just use it as is - this is not a review of the efficiency of the actual thing.I did get on the floor to give it a go and nearly had to call my wife to help me get back up.

I looked forward to receiving and using this item. Lately, my neck and my shoulders are tight., from bending my neck over a lap top for long periods over the past month.I appreciate that this needs to be used for at least 10 minutes but after less than a minute, my neck was and felt painful. I felt the effect even after removing my neck from it. All our necks vary in size, from width to length. I have a short neck. This appears to be a one size fits all, hence possible others getting results if not those such as myself.I'm starting to get doubts about Amazon reviews as being an Amazon Prime Customer for several years are aware that reviews can be placed to boost an item's sale. There are 79 reviews and all appear to mention this item works. Good...that is good news. I may be the exception or perhaps others that have bought this item haven't bothered to leave a review.I don't tend to leave reviews on a regular basis but on this occasion have, due to my findings and opinion. Where is the data that proves this item works? I'm unable to source or see it. Perhaps the seller[s] can provide it and place it on their listing page for this item.In the meantime, this is being returned.My reviews are all genuine. For me this is not even a 1 star. I had to put 1 star to leave the review.

It feels very relaxing to put your neck on it. You can feel it decompressing. It doesn't have into your skin or bones. It's painless. And the cover slips over it without a problem. Just align it well and pull a little harder, to get it over corners. It fits well. It may look small, before you put it on, but it's not.The item doesn't take much space either and is super light. If you have neck pain, definitely try it.

I frequently have headaches and neck pain due to the cervical syndrome. I have been searching for a chiropractic pillow for my neck pain. I am glad I chose this one. It took me about a week to adopt to this pillow. I feel it certainly helps relieving my neck pain and reducing my headache. The foam is dense but soft, lightweight, and comfortable to lay on. This is great, though you need to be careful to follow the instructions as there's an "easy" way round and one that gives more extension and it's important to introduce it gradually.I have arthritis and my neck isn't great but isn't too serious either; so my condition isnt at all complex. I would consult a medical professional first if I were at all concerned about using this.

Description shows a black cover and soft material, this is just a cheap one you can get for £8 everywhere. The reason I paid more was for the one advertised.

This neck pain relief does work.My hubby is bus driver and is neck hurt quite a lot as his head is always forward checking the road.Can really say that this has helped with a lot with pain relief and he uses it as soon as he get home for few minutes.
