I decided to give this a try because it has the clinical research to back up the claims. I do think it has helped keep my blood pressure level. I check mine several times a day. When I first started taking this it upset my stomach a bit, but after the first few days everything has been fine. I feel good taking it and have ordered my next bottle so I will continue.

I do have to watch my blood pressure. With all the health issues, and other things going on in my life, sometimes it can skyrocket. And since have taken supplements, my blood pressure tends to be lower when I get it checked, then if I don't take them. So this is working so far for me. There is a slight little after taste to them; but it's not bad enough for me to stop taking them. If I notice anything significant, I will come back do an update. One good benefit that I have noticed... I've not experienced any negative side effects. So I think they will be good to add to your supplement arsenal.UPDATE: After using this a while it ended up doing nothing for me. Just like taking a placebo pill when it comes to the blood pressure. I did some research on the main ingredient and it goes into a baby formula. It's more for the immune system and not necessary lowering blood pressure.The ingredient hydrolyzed milk casein helps minimally with blood pressure. At best...it lowers your blood pressure one or two points. It's really not worth getting for your blood pressure.I find it weird that they use this as a main blood pressure support; when in all the research I did...the blood pressure support was way down the chain. There's no evidence that this will help your blood pressure.

Daily dose is recommended at 2 tablets per day. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I didn't really notice any taste. I have not had any side effects from them.

The media could not be loaded. As I said in my video, I am unsure if I had high hopes for this product, but since I have been using it, I feel more energized and rejuvenated. I did a lot of research on AmealPeptide, prior to purchasing this. I know there’s no “miracle cure” medication/supplement, so I wasn’t expecting to see my life turned around while taking this. I have pre hypertension, and was hoping to find something that could help in my daily routines.Full transparency:The recommended dose is 2 a day, making this a 30 day supply. I’ve only taken this for 2 weeks so far. I have not noticed too much of a scent in the bottle (but Spring has sprung and the wind is a stirring crud around in the air). I have had no ill-effects. I haven’t been able to see a difference in my BP, so it’s hard to say whether or not this has made a difference yet; my BP is staying steady though. Maybe it is working?!Only time will tell.
