Great lock would buy again

One of the first outdoor padlocks that hasn't rapidly deteriorated for me. One quirk you should be aware of is that they key needs to be in the padlock while it's unlocked (you can't remove the key when it's open). It's a very sturdy, weighty padlock that seems to be built well. It's a good size too and fits easily on locks that similar padlocks have struggled with. It looks fine and does what you'd expect.

Good solid padlocks, however after 1 season of winter rust has appeared all over the lock, but nothing a bit of oil and wire wool couldn't remove to make them look new again. These locks have a good weight to them and are solid,easy to use only reason for 4 stars is you cannot take key out unless it's locked.

Absolutely perfect for what I needed. Super sturdy, Large enough to be secure but not too bulky. retained key locks. Not sprung and the fact that you actively have to lock the lock rather than just snapping it shut mean you can never lock yourself out. Also really well priced. Can be a bit fiddly to get the key in the correct orientation as the key hole is round and the key is vaguely rectangular.

Works fine. Rusty within a week, doesn't look good for longevity.

So pleased with purchase, purchased for my elderly father with arthritic weak hands and padlocks can be hard to open and turn but this loop just pops out completely and the key is at the bottom making it easier for him to open and shut, used for side gate to keep secure. The keys are large and sturdy, this also helps with his vision finding the insert no faffing within round little keys, easy to hold and turn and very solid. 5*

By far the worst padlock I've ever used. I'm a plumber and bought these for my tube racks, After a month they keys just don't work, it takes around 10 minutes constantly trying the key to eventually get it to unlock, I thought maybe a fault lock but I bought 2 separate ones and they both do the same thing, Absolutely terrible product Avoid
