Love these
I love these. They are such great little massage balls. I use them for my back and sore muscles. They’re really lightweight yet hard. They relieve a lot of my back pain. Great value for the price.

Really work!
We used these during a yoga class I attended, and they really get in to tight areas that don’t seem to relax. I have a lot of trigger points/knots along my spine and hips, and these work great to break them up.

These balls are very light but sturdy. I was using a street hockey ball prior, but it had no friction on the ground so it would just shoot out from under my foot. Great value for the price

These balls come in a two pack, so economical. Advantage over a tennis ball? They are firmer, work well especially for my feet, i syand or sit and roll under to relax the arches.
