We bought our grandson an SSR 110cc Pit Bike. For what it is, it's pretty great but the constant bogging, studdering, popping and rough idle was annoying and frustrating. After a lot of poking around the general consensus seem to point to the OE carburetor. I came across a lot of Nibbi carb swaps on various cc bikes and most reviews seem to be good, so I figured for the price I'd pick one up and give it a try. It fit the bike fine and it most definitely resolved the sluggish feel, bogging and hesitation. I set the air screw one full turn out and the idle screw 2 1/2 turns out as a starting point. The bike fired up on the second kick and idle fine from the start. Something it had never done, and usually died a couple to a few times until it warmed up. I messed with the OE carb a few times and nothing really seemed to help. The Nibbi was a vast improvement right from the start. The air screw ended up about 1 1/8 turn out and the idle screw ended up about 3 turns out after tuning. Idle to off idle were great and a bit of studdering and bogging at about 1/2 throttle. The needle clip was set to slot 4 from the factory, I ended moving the clip up to slot 3 and it smoothed out the midrange. I haven't had a chance to run WOT to check the main jetting, but so far I'm really pleased with the carb so far. The little bike feels a lot more peppy and throttle response is a lot more responsive now. I had to rig up a spacer for the throttle cable as it is a bit too long, as the cable seat on the Nibbi is a bit shorter than the OE carburetor. At some point I'll pull the cable to measure it and order a new one about and inch or so shorter, but for now it runs. The measured outlet on the OE carburetor was 18mm and the step up to a 22mm carb made a noticeable difference. A great upgrade for not a lot of money, that woke up that little engine and looks pretty good and seems well made.

EPIC - stop buying cheap Chinese 12$ carbs. Go kart runs like a dream, starts easy and was way more power now. Easy idle wheel and a pop up choke make this a breeze. It’s my 7th carb, and all others would get crappy and run weird or the float needle or slide would be odd, bowls etc Worth the 70$ ish I paid for this. Do it. Tao Tao 125 replacement.

the carb fit perfectly, RFZ DB X18 125cc, the jetting for central texas, 600-1000ft above sea level, was spot on, I did adjust the idle air a little bit but that is normal for pit bikes. looks great, runs great, totally satisfied with the product would buy again and recommend it

Absolute amazing quality carburetor replaced the stock carb on a CR 50 clone and absolutely brought it to life. Customer service was amazing with tuning set up. I got an aftermarket jet kit, but it comes with a separate set of jets as for size it fit perfect, and didn’t leak at all. An overall 20 out of 10 replacement for any stock carburetor. Will be buying more from Nibbi in the future.

Easy install , no adjustments needed ! Good throttle response and noticable power increase . And above all black with anodized red adjustment screw and slide cap. Nice custom air breather. Absolutely a winner!👍👍👍

Product came packaged well! Included everything they showed in the description. Basically, the carb was tuned enough to start the bike with little to no adjustments. Only turned the throttle screw in a little and it was fine. These carbs have always been great and you can size up the jetting if desired or needed. But just remember youre riding a small motor, not a 1200cc Honda R lol, so take the power gain you get. Or Buy a bigger bike, I say. But all in all a good carburetor. The reason I needed this PE22 carb. Was because the bike shown in the picture, came with a junky, completely non adjustable carb.. Not even the needle was adjustable. Would get the bike started, but couldn't hold a idle. At mid range the bike would sputter and hesitate greatly. This solved that problem immediately!

This carb really makes my 125cc Apollo really come alive right out of the box. Super impressed how well it made the dirt bike run. Gonna have to get one for my stepson’s bike so he can keep up with me.

Carb is really nice and definitely made a difference, but as far as what came in the package, the main jets are not as specified they say it comes with a 100, 102 and 105 if I remember correctly, but they sent me a 100, 95 and a 92 main jet
