Awesome product

Assembly was super straightforward. Build quality is a little flimsy, but it's what I expected for the price. This thing is great for watching videos, reading, or other tasks where you don't touch the screen too often. It's not stable enough to type on or do anything with frequent touches required (like web browsing), but I don't think anything with such a long cantilevered arm would be. Don't let young kids near it, as they'll probably break it, but it's fine with anyone who knows how to treat things gently.

It’s quite a bit unstable. And the head adjustment doesn’t hold the weight of an iPad.Update: it’s only gotten worse and worse. Now it doesn’t even hold a phone upright.Poorly designed.

The media could not be loaded.  Man I can't imagine it being too hard to make the top half screw into the base instead of just loosely flopping around, or have a better made swivel option.The bottom half of the stand is very heavy and sturdy metal that screws together, while the top half has plastic components that are incredibly thin and fragile, and there's nothing to make it securely attached to the lower half so it just bobs around and doesn't sit properly when upright. The screw bit where it connects is absolutely not adequate for stability.5 stars for the base, and a very generous 2 stars for the quality of plastic and connecting point of the top piece when in an upright position. Feels like a prototype mockup that would be really cool if ALL the plastic parts were replaced.

I absolutely adore this product. It’s a little luxurious for my kindle and with the remote page turner it is a comfy readers dream! It can also be used practically for those who may need a tablet or phone held up for other purposes. Highly recommend.

I had an issue the seller went above and beyond to address it. Customer service you rarely see anymore. This product didn't work for me but I wouldn't hesitate to try other products from them.

I like that it isn’t overly large and bulky, looks great. Does not clutter the space- functions really well
