Purchased these for my son for gym work (at his request). He finds it better than chalk and it works equally as well. Looks a bit like calamine lotion, but seems to work well. Handy in the bottles with one with metal loop you can remove or attach to bag. Good price for 2 pack.

I used it for when my hands get wet or sweaty to help with my grip on a golf club and it worked a dream.

Impressive stuff, works really well! Super grip and a lot less messy and bulky than a chalk ball. Also appreciate the fact it can clip onto something if you want.

Nothing major, I like the chalk, smells nice. But the cap on the container isn’t the best at all, first time I’m ever having this problem where I can’t open it because the stopper is stuck so I can’t use it without having to unscrew the cap. Not the best experience. Having chalky hands

Seriously, I didn't think this stuff would be that much better than the powdered chalk I've been using. Boy was I wrong! First off, no mess, so that's a huge plus. There isn't powdered chalk all over my dumbell rack and floor anymore. Second, you can easily apply only as much as you need because its a cream that quickly dries. You can definitely reapply it as well. I touch up the sides of my thumbs and the callouses where the bar rests on my palms between sets. Lastly, it is definitely superior on terms of grip to powdered chalk. I thought my grip was failing doing deadlifts using powdered chalk, but the first time I used this I was able to complete every rep in every set without losing my grip. I'm not a fan of straps and other grip aids, and this stuff has allowed me to continue to lift raw. This is great stuff, and I'll be buying it regularly so as never to run out.

Great for the gym – cleaner than regular chalk! I’ve been using this liquid chalk during my workouts and I’m super impressed. It provides excellent grip without the usual mess you get from traditional chalk blocks or powder. My hands stay dry, and I don't leave a cloud of dust everywhere I go. One thing I didn’t expect — it actually smells pretty good! Not overpowering, just a clean, slightly fresh scent, which is a nice bonus, especially compared to other brands that smell like straight-up chemicals. The only small downside is that when I open the bottle, there are sometimes dried-up bits of chalk near the cap that flake out. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, but something to watch out for so it doesn’t end up on your clothes or bag. Overall, it’s super effective, convenient, and way less messy. Definitely a staple in my gym bag now.
