These are tasty...the strawberry flavour is spot on and feels like a little treat to have in the day or after a meal. I suffer with low iron and get tested every few months. Took these religiously to see whether they would make a difference and yesterday's iron test was the best ever! I'm so pleased and I feel great. Im not a huge fan of taking normal supplements, but these make it fun and easy. They slightly taste of iron, which isn't my favourite which is the only reason why I gave it a 4 star, but other than that they taste ok and they are easy to swallow. It took a week for my body to start feeling any difference, but everyones body is different so this can be different for others.Definitely a product I can get on board with and will be buying in the future. This is also a perfect size who want to try them as they aren't too sure about buying the bigger tub.

Bought for granddaughter who was prescribed iron tablets but is unable to swallow tablets. Repeat purchase.. The taste is OK which makes my granddaughter taking them a bonus.

The flavour is good not nasty like some vitamins, and they seem to be helping a little because I’ve felt less tired the past few days I’ve been trying them!

These iron gummies have the best taste out of all of the ones I've tried. They're not sticky either. It's great that these contain Vitamin C, so I don't have to take Vit C separately to increase iron absorption. An easy way to get more iron into your diet.

Use every day, no complaints

They work well for me, even tho i find them a bit expensive.I really like the taste of those ones and they are not heavy for my stomach. I bought the sugar free option which was actually what i wished for as i tend to be picky with gummy bears. My daily dose is 40mg, that means 2 gummies per day. (Depends on your iron needs of course some people perhaps need more or less. But for me they give the energy i need after 4 months treatment of 100mg iron daily). I bought these gummies as an alternative, in order to reduce the daily iron dose but not cut it completely as i have iron deficiency and for my needs right now they work well.With that saying i believe that they work good for me right now after an intense treatment but i cannot surely say that they can help with iron deficiency.Overall, i like these gummies.

I’ve tried a lot of iron supplements in my time and these are the best they take. Probably a third of the tub to kick in but they’re brilliant. I take them every second day and my levels have never been higher. I highly recommend anyone that’s a vegetarian.

My daughter previously hated taking her iron supplement in liquid form which she said tasted awful. Now she loves eating these gummies and is more likely to eat more than she should.
