I bought this bag because it is insulated and slightly larger than average bag (inside, measured at bottom - approximately 12 inches across, 5 inches wide, 9 inches top to bottom). There is also an outside pocket about 7" deep and around 5-6 inches at opening and widens to bag edges. It is also very cute, black with white accents. We needed it for foods we take to my daughter's dance competitions and recital. With the bottle of icy water, and small ice pack just in case, the food stayed cold from the time we left at about 6am, until we got home at around 9pm (I sliced cheese for cheese and crackers and cheese was still cold). As a bonus, the bag contained a card offering a free reusable snack bag that I just followed directions and was sent. It is also insulated, approximately 6" across and same top to bottom as measured on inside. Although I haven't used the snack bag yet, I did put a cold pack into it and zipped it up and the cold pack stayed cold for the 7 or so hours I kept it in there--inside of bag was still cold when opened it. The snack bag is not pleated at bottom, so I don't know how much you can put into it, maybe a baggie of sliced cheese, fruit, not sure--when I do, I'll update this review. Although knowing us we sometimes use bags for other than the intended purposes. But it was free! Love free! We'll see. Anyway, lunch tote very cute, sturdy straps, that if so inclined you can pop up onto your shoulder. Well constructed. Did not need to, but sure can just wipe with cloth or rinse in sink, don't wring-- I would not put through washer (I know someone will ask), it may damage inside. Just a very nice bag!

So I’ve had this bag for a few months now and have really put it to the test. I bought this because I bring my lunch to work and school every day (hello tight student budget!), and let’s just say I ended up cleaning a nasty mess out of my backpack once. Separating my lunch is best.The color is perfect and matches well to any outfit I wear. I like the extra pocket on the outside where I can throw in my keys or a wallet, and it carries just like a shorter handled purse. I’ve actually used this as a replacement for a purse a few times! The inside is insulated, but do not expect it to be something that keeps your food frozen, just keeps it from melting. The only major complaint I have is that I had an ice pack in it, and at the end of the day, the condensation from the ice pack had melted all the way through the bag onto the carpet the bag was sitting on. For something to be insulated, I expect that not to happen in just a couple of hours.One additional bit of nitpicky criticism is the length of the handles. I prefer something longer, but this was the one that matched my persnickety color tastes, so I went with it. Most days, I’m ok with carrying on my shoulder, but there are times I would prefer the option to have the length be further down. Overall, this has been useful and has taken a beating. I’m hard on my lunch bags, and it’s held up well.

I got my Hydracentials Insulated Lunch Tote 18 x12x6 today. I am pleased. The fabric is a smooth wipe clean material that feels sturdy. The insulation feels heavy weight. The bag itself is very roomy. It holds multiple food containers and drinks, plus fruit and snacks with ease. My most used containers are Rubbermaid Take Along Divided Rectangle, Rubbermaid Fasten & Go Entree and Salad Kits, and Rubbermaid Lunchblox Entree, Salad, and Sandwich Kits. All fit into this bag perfectly, no need to twist, turn or maneuver the containers into the bag. There is ample space to stack containers if using multiples. I comfortably stacked containers, added up to 3 drinks plus fruit and yogurt. Fully loaded, I even had room on top for my umbrella and tablet. My only negative is the tiny non expanding front pocket. It holds little more than napkins or utensils. I was able to put only a very small slim wallet in the pocket. I wish that the pocket was larger or more functional. I have a Coleman 16 Can Cooler Tote that has a large deep pocket on each side, which I prefer, but it's straps are way too short, which is why I ordered this bag because it is a shoulder strap bag. Overall, I give this bag 4 stars because I am mostly pleased but would prefer decent sized accessory pockets to better make the bag an all purpose bag for my lunch and my personal effects.

Since COVID I've been bringing my lunch to work and would include beverages and a Yeti tumbler. The last bag I had was completely worn out. This one holds everything plus looks great. Love the fact that I can carry it on my shoulder freeing my hands to hold other things as I go back and forth to work.

I generally like the lunch bag, BUT it had a smudge of dirt on the side right out of the box- Fine, not a big deal but it also immediately started falling apart and I had to sew it myself🤨

I bought it in March 2021 and used it in October. It was so weird that the bottom broke this week. I usually only put my plastic lunch box and sometimes a water bottle. I used to have a different brand lunch box that lasted me over 4 years. But with the material of this , I don’t recommend. The size is good but with what happened for no reason, I give a one star.

It has been since September 2015 that I ordered this bag and received it. The bag has been used since then! There is no weird smell, the color is lovely, it has not broken, nor has it stained, frayed, or not keep my lunch cool. It is SO PERFECT and cute! Not too big and not too small, carries just like a purse would. The bag itself is stylish and great for that lunch on the go. Very sturdy! I'm always hoping from the gym to classes to work, never getting to stop anywhere for lunch so I pack my own. Add a cold pack or two and I'm set for the day. There was even a small surprise on the inside which was pleasant. (I won't ruin what it is!)As for the company itself: They're not well known and still starting out very young. However I am BLOWN AWAY by their customer service! They are so nice and polite. I was having trouble redeeming a card with some emailing issues. They solved it right away. They're a great company. I love their products so far. I will consider their products in the future.
