Good electric wheelchair
The battery keeps for a loooooong time. I changed it after receiving it, and was able to use it going shopping and running errands and didn’t see the battery dip until after a weeks use. I’ve taken it out on family outings to amusement parks and by the end of the day the battery has barely dropped. I’m impressed! It’s worked well, the small side storage bags are kind of useless and don’t open very wide to get my hand in. It rolls over rough terrain, but can get stuck on big enough holes. One thing I’ve learned is that the speed setting also seems to affect the wheel power as well. I kept it on a low speed at a crowded amusement park, and some hills proved to be a big problem to navigate. Later on in the day when the crowds thinned out, I bumped the speed to maximum and went back up the same hills without issue, so unlike a car, low speed does not mean higher power. It even comes with a remote control, but the problem I have is that the joystick controller is VERY sensitive. I tried to get the wheelchair on the ramp of my cargo carrier on my car, and couldn’t get it up the ramp without overshooting to either side. So I’m stuck needing assistance to load the chair on/off. It has a nice ride, and it’s pretty solidly made. One thing to keep in mind is that the hand control sticks out a bit, so unlike my manual wheelchair where I can butt up against a counter or a sink, I have to be mindful of not smashing the controller. However I don’t see it as a design failure, just something to keep in mind while piloting the chair, until they invent mind-control. I don’t fold the chair as I strap it to my carrier, but the scant few times I’ve tried, it’s been difficult to fold from a wheelchair position. My able bodied wife is able to do it better. Lastly I purchased a memory foam cushion to place on the seat for maximum comfort. Overall, this chair has worked great. And I’m glad I bought it!

Great Product
Wheelchair is really comfortable and not too heavy for one person to handle. Battery is a little cumbersome. But all in all great product.

Well built good customer service!
We received the unit and are please with the quality, and comfortable for a 250lbs individual. Wish it was a bit lighter but it might have lost its sturdiness. Also wish it had a better strap to keep it folded. Customer service was prompt in sending me the name of a service company if ever needed. Unfortunately, I needed to return the chair (which cost me $224.00 UPS) since the chair was to heavy for me to lift folded into our vehicle.

Well constructed and travels great
Wheelchair is absolutely the best I could find! It’s really well constructed and has filled my every need for getting around. The light weight and foldability is a high bonus for being able to go anywhere instead of being stuck at home! Thank you, Lois barclay

Learning curve
It arrived 99.9% assembled just plug in the controller and slide it into place on the arm rest. When I took it for a spin I noticed when you backed off the controller it continues to move forward. I knocked over the top row of stones of a boarder and relocated a planter a few inches. Also when backing it takes some time to make it go where I want it to. As for the portability it folds up easy enough however I’m 70 and have yet to be able to lift it more than a few inches off the ground. I have some ideas to try so that I can go on solo outings. I’m thinking of buying an electric adult tricycle next.

Not for hills.
Guess I don't know what 12% LOOKS LIKE cause this very sharp looking machine is great inside but won't h handle even the smallest incline outside. Now I'm stuck with an expensive toy.
