Love this stuff! It’s perfect for my pad Thai, but it’s also good in my fruit pies, makes a nice tang. It’s surprisingly delicious. It’s in my secret amazing surprising flavor arsenal. A little pricey but a little goes a long way.

Love the flavor this adds to Thai Peanut Sauce and Pad Thai. Quality is awesome and the texture is perfect. Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition, fully sealed. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this brand and will order it again when I run out.

This is pretty underhand, advertising a product that has no health risk warnings on the listing, but when it arrives, it has a sticker stating: "WARNING: Risk of cancer and reproductive harm from exposure to lead." What a joke! In the trash where it belongs.

Tastes exactly as it should. It's very sour, so you probably will add sugar or stevia to a dish, maybe a teaspoon sugar to a tablespoon of paste. It's something I can't find in local stores in Monterey County, CA. That's why I like Amazon.

Decided to try other flavors in my kitchen and Organic Tamarind Paste tastes like a combination of tart cherry with combination of sweet and sour (not too sweet) , great for my BBQ chicken and other spicy food or when I make roasted chicken with honey.

I have been looking for perfect textured tamarind paste for making andhra style pulihora and I finally found my favorite. Good product to use in chutneys, daal, rasam, pulihora, wherever tamarind needed. Paste has light salt so adjust salt accordingly.

Since it’s a concentrated and almost like a thick syrup vs a juice, I only had to use 1/2 the amount a recipe for Massaman curry calls for and it added the perfect hint of brightness and acidity to the curry. Also much easier to use and store than the block of tamarind paste I used before.
