Nice sour taste and flavour
Nice flavour and gives a good sour taste to curries. Just need to add a bit of water and microwave for a minute to soften and make it pulpy or just add hot water and let it sit for a few minutes.

A bit coarse in texture, but fine if soaked in hot water first then sieved. bit of a palaver to do all that. Will maybe go for paste next time.

Not good quality, it was so dry it was like a rock and I couldn’t properly mix it with the food I was cooking,
