Cervical support for some exercises and customization when firm massage is needed.
They complain about too soft, but I noticed that it has a valve that can be inflated with a basketball pump. So I love that I have one very inflated so serves for deeper massage and the other more deflated for my cervicals, just the right amount for other exercices where I need cervical support. Love them!

Good release balls
Like the balls.. use them for ack of neck and shoulders to ease tight areas.. could be a bit firmer, but they work!

Great For Puppy dogs, but don't let them chew it up. Plastic in the stomach is not good for any one.
They are "soft" if that's what you want. Don't buy if you are looking for "hard" plastic. I gave one to a friend who has a "puppy dog." The "puppy dog" loved it.

Ok, very soft and not very stimulating. You can’t stand on it, but for sitting it’s ok. Honestly, I prefer a harder plastic and texture for foot neuropathy.
