I have had this product for a few years now and honestly don’t know what I’d do without it. I use it for a lot of things, but the big use is in prepping for soups for the Fall and Winter months. I did these this morning in a mere half hour start to finish. Everything in one bag to add to the pot. I’ll do one more batch after this one next week after shopping…..no more prepping while making the soups. It is very sharp still to this day and so sturdy, a breeze to clean. Makes everything fast and easy, easy to adjust the blades and fits just right in my drawer.

Has lots of blade options for different uses . Easy to cut food , but be CAREFUL blades are extremely sharp and a slightly difficult to clean.

It saves me a bunch of time cutting vegetables, I love it for when I am meal prepping because you can chop so much vegetables in a short amount of time. I use it the most to chop onion with it, it's very sharp and very good quality. Also it is easy to wash in the dishwasher. Great buy.
