Replacement for inflatable?

This is inflatable. I definitely recommend having a regular/plastic cone on hand because my puppy could get dangerously close to her spay wound. Only wear this when watching the dog/to give a break from plastic cone.

No, it doesn’t come with an air pump

How easy would it be to puncture a hole in the collar? I have two malamute puppies who like to chew on each other.

If two dogs are chewing on each others then yes. I do not recommend this product at all. It deflates easily and my dog was able to get to her sutures and open up her incision. That vet bill cost us an additional $700.
