I'm a female, 5'7, 176 lbs, athletic build, that said, these pants are extremely high waisted, but that's expected being mens' pants. I just roll them down one time. I ordered an XL and they actually aren't all that too big, I wanted them baggier. If I do order a second pair, I'll go with a large. I got the slade camo and they go with a lot of tops. I wasn't sure when ordering if these were actually fleece sweatpants or just that lighter knit type fabric, but they definitely are fleece and quite thick and warm. They're very comfortable and soft inside. Good pants for the price! PS. I took off the one star for how high waisted they are

The pockets are too shallow. My samsung phone falls out of the side pocket every time I sit down. Otherwise, the fit is good, very comfortable, quality is good, and the color is good. The shallow pocket issue is a deal breaker, otherwise I would be buying more pairs of this brand.
