Ethiopia Yirgacheffe When we started sourcing coffee for the business, we always knew we wanted an Ethiopian in the line-up. So we cupped a lot of Ethiopians but we held out for the right coffee. We wanted an example of a Yirgacheffe that really demonstrated what a natural Ethiopian can deliver in the cup. Our Roasting Ethos It's a challenge to roast and we had to work hard to find the right profile that maintained the iconic fruitiness without overloading the cup with citrus notes. It was well worth the effort and this is a pour-over favourite in the roastery. In the cup, expect a subtle and delicate coffee with a burst of blueberries and a subtle jasmine finish.
