Like the product but it was hard to get the plastic coving off the stainless room hours. Hard to start sometimes but works well and heats well. The boys love smoking out there

Beautiful heater, but does not give off quite as much heat as we had hoped. Still comfortable to sit near when cold outside. Our patio is not protected from the wind, so might give off more heat to a larger radius in a protected area.

Product worked fine for a year and a half. Pilot won’t stay lit now. Called company for replacement parts, but they said they don’t sell them. So now I have a $350 piece of garbage that I probably used only a handful of times. I would buy from a name brand company next time.

Replaced a more traditional pole patio heater with this. It's very pretty and gives off nice light with the flames. But definitely not as warm!!

I fully assembled the heater, bought a propane tank and connected it. The propane does not reach the cylinder. There is never an ignition, no fire is ever made. I am unsure if the regulator or the hose is faulty or blocked. I appears I will have to replace components to get this to work. As of right now I have a useless piece of metal and the back plate is warped and does not fit correctly.

We have gotten so much use out of our new heater this fall. The instructions are clear and assembly only took about 45 minutes. Heats up our entire patio withing minutes and looks great with our patio furniture. Highly recommend for people who enjoy using their outdoor space year round.
