I just purchased this so can not validate effectiveness, but will do so after the 60+ days suggested in studies. I will have to say that I felt that this was probably the "cleanest version" of Spermidine on the market. Excipients included water with berry flavoring and stevia. Yea, no sterates or silicas!! It is also sublingual so if one can remember to keep it under the tongue for 30-60seconds it goes into the system pronto👏. As far as taste, I would have preferred to skip the berry and just go with water and stevia, but I'm woman enough to handle 60seconds of "not my favorite" to benefit my health. Finally, despite some incorrect perceptions, this is completely gluten and grain free being it is the 3HCL synthetic version of spermidine. And, actually, tests on cognitive and inflammation have been done using the synthetic versions, since potency if less reliable with the wheat and rice versions. I am hopeful that it will help with my RA and Sjogrens since studies showed that Spermidine can help inhibit inflammatory cgtokines IL-6 and IL-1beta. And, for MCAS, studies showed it can inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome — which is a key driver in the inflammatory loop. Hopefully I can get some of these case study results with Neurogan's Sublingual Spermidine!! I will update in a couple of months . . .

Great Product! I love that Neuron has created a Spermadine product that is liquid, highly absorbable, easy to consume and effective. I have definitely noticed an improvement in energy and recovery. Will buy again!

This is fantastic. It is a must in my routine. Gives me energy, helps with brain fog and makes my skin and hair glow.

Liquid supplements have better absorption profiles especially sublingually and hence I opted for this liquid Spermidine supplement. It delivers 20mg per 0.5ml (and has a certified 3rd party tested label (nice!) and so should last 4 months. That works to 20 cents a day to provide protection for your DNA and epigenome (worth it!) and is recommended by Dr. David Sinclair as an adjunct to NMN. It has a caramelly taste which is palatable. Like all supplements in the DNA repair/protection space I take it on laboratory based evidence, not necessarily human and since I take many other supplements, I cannot narrow down my general health benefits to any one of these. I like the route dosage and price

I feel more energetic, and after a few weeks, I noticed my hair has been growing thicker as my hair is very thin on the top of my head, and after only a couple weeks of taking it every day. Now I take it by putting a dropper in my beverage of choice because it is a bit bitter. But that is just a small complaint. Other than that It's a great product!

I’ve found that Neurogan products are very high quality at an excellent price.I feel like there is a definite increase in my energy levels using this product and my joints feel better too.I’m always interested in spending money now on my health so I’m in better shape as I get older.Would recommend

I could not get over the taste. It has sweetener added, and tastes too sweet and floral to me. Easy to use, and definitely unique to the market. If it came unflavored I’d gladly give it another try, because I’m very interested in the health benefits of the product.

The original bottle I bought had the worst dropper I have ever seen. I don't by any means think it was solely based on my review but they have updated the dropper so good I actually think it is the best dropper I have ever used...lol. I still firmly believe in the science of this product and its affect. It is not something you are going to take and immediately feel like you grew a cape and flew away but i do feel better overall and plan on taking this supplement long term as I think it would do good as a long term daily regimen. I have no issue with the taste at all as it has a slight berry taste. I'd say look up the benefits and you'll probably start taking this yourself. Soo glad that the company listened and changed the dropper though..that's huge.
