Great product I bought these prior to an upper bleph procedure and started taking 2 a day a week before. I’m now a week post and have had zero bruising so very effective . Well worth the money. Quite large but easy to swallow, no digestive issues zero taste

Didn't help with what I bought it for.
I bought this as one of a long list of products I've been advised to try in the search for something to help with the pain of osteoarthritis in both knees. It did nothing for me at all (though of course everyone is different). It may have other benefits, but not for the purpose I bought it. Comes in great big capsules, so make sure to drink plenty with them. Delivery was fast and no problems with the product itself.

Excellent product. A friend recommended it to me l, since then I take two capsules after or with meal. It helps to have better digestion. I highly recommend it.

Didn't notice any benefits from them. No taste due to a tablet you swallow. No side effects. If it's something that works for you then I guess they are good value for money.
