Addendum to original: After posting 2 star rating below, out of the blue I received a full refund offer from the manufacturer followed by a full refund. Mind blown and to be fair, I need to set the record straight if I didn't do a good job below. My only issue is with owning 2 units and having both flipping to the strongest remotes w/o interaction from me. A single unit with 3 remotes works great and the price is right. Temperatures have been accurate (within 1/2 degree) between the 3 remotes and the onboard temp reading. Bottom line, the item is great, however adding a 2nd unit with additional remotes, not so much! BTW, I'm having no issue receiving signals through refrigerator and freezer doors (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). I'm impressed, only good companies do what this one did in offering an unsolicited refund! Original 2 star review: I have two of these in my home for a total of 6 remotes. Before I purchased them I asked the question: Looking for specific info? "can I use 2 of these with 6 remotes" Alexa is generating a response... Yes, you can use 2 of these with 6 sensors total! Based on the product's own setup guide and community Q&A, here's how: Setup for 2 bases with 6 sensors: Remove all batteries from both base units Install batteries in the first set of 3 sensors (channels 1, 2, 3), then power on base unit 1 — wait 3 minutes to let them pair Install batteries in the second set of 3 sensors (channels 1, 2, 3), then power on base unit 2 — wait 3 minutes Important notes: Each base unit only displays its own paired 3 sensors Keep the two base units separated by some distance to avoid cross-talk between sensors, since all units use the same 3 channels If a sensor pairs to the wrong base, you can manually re-pair it using the TX button on the sensor and the CH button on the base Several customers have confirmed this setup works well for monitoring multiple locations like garages, basements, greenhouses, and outdoors. I am constantly having to re-pair these units. They are accurate, signals transmit a long distance, even thru refrigerator doors, but they cross over about every two days. As you can see by the pic, 1 and 3 are exactly the same unit. If only buying 1 unit with 3 remotes, go for it, it's great, but don't do 2 units, you won't be happy.

This Thermometer / Hygrometer is working extremely well. I've only had it a week, but it was easy to set up (I had to get batteries) and install. I currently have one remote sensor unit outside, one in the garage and one in the attic/roof space. They are reporting without drama and the base unit is getting the kitchen temperature consistently and reliably. I have the remotes hanging on screws I put into wood in suitable places and they seem to be on very firmly. The central unit is sitting on a counter top with the stand holding it steady, but I will hook it onto a screw into the wall when I get a chance. This will also move it from the kettle, which influences its temperature! I have the central unit plugged into a USB-A charger and it is keeping the display bright and very easily readable (I also have batteries in it in case of a power outage). The remote units are small and not in the way, and the central unit will be easy to place on the wall and out of harm's way. I have had similar units from long ago in my previous house. This is a far nicer unit, was easier to set up, and allowed me to run 3 external problems, plus the central unit, which is really good. I am very happy with this unit and I hope that all I have to do with it over many years is to change the batteries.

Good quality accurate readings that are stable and function well. Easy set up. Good size display that is easy to see. Love the backlight functions and appearance. Use with batteries or USB power supply. It's perfect for my needs and I love the 4 zone readings.

This is an excellent three remote temperature system. Bought two years ago. Range is terrific and Batteries last for over a year. I use this for refrigerator/freezers in my shed with the base unit in my kitchen. 100’, works perfect even though refrigerator doors. My reason for not giving five stars as that I have bought another identical unit intending to use for my inside refrigerators/freezer. When I installed the batteries, the base unit picks up the old 3 transmitters and not the 3 new, even though all units have batteries. Yes, the obvious, still channel 1,2,3. But I did not realize that a new unit would not pick up only the new transmitters. So, I have a dilemma. I cannot display the new units transmitters. I found this out too late to return the item so will probably gift it to family. Waiting for reply from UNNI support. . So if you bought one unit, excellent! But if you buy another, it will not go as planned.

If you'd rather not read my glowing review, here is the short of it: For anyone shopping for an *economical*, *reliable*, wireless, multi location temp / RH% setup, stop shopping. Saving 5 or 10 bucks once you unpack it, Read the instructions, place the remotes, evaluate the readings and, then, possibly discover shortcomings that warrant you're having to return it - well, it's just not worth it. Save the money and the headache. Buy this unni. You'll be happy with it and you won't have to look back, wondering if you would have been better off purchasing this or another unit. Now for the specifics of my experience with this unit: This unni four location sensor set is the best of 3 I purchased in a 10-year period I purchased this product in July of 2023 and have replaced only one of the batteries in one of the 4 units (The configuration I purchased was one base unit along with three remote sensors) All 4 of the units in this kit have provided very accurate readings consistently when placed in same location (to ensure that they read the same in the same environment). The base remains in the same spot and has been consistent in readings for almost 3 years. Each of the remote units, I have intentionally rotated interchangeably in their respective locations and all have been accurate to within one degree and 1% RH. Over approximately 10 years, I've purchased at least six different sets of hygrometers (with three of the sets being good and accurate) and have rotated those sensors to compare with these and have found all measurements to be close to identical. The two other remote kits from semiexpensive and well-known manufacturers were garbage by comparison and other the multi-unit sets of non-remote sensors, while accurate, did not provide the convenience of a centralized dashboard. I highly recommend this "unni" branded multi location wireless thermometer/hygrometer far above the other two unjustifiably expensive, big brand name multi-sensor kits. This unni branded set is super economical considering the remote readability from the centralized base and the extremely efficient consumption of battery power. The base console / display, from which the local and remote conditions are observed, is powered primarily by the wall adapter and only uses battery power in the event that electricity from the receptacle is not available. Evaluating this kit from cost : features and performance ratio, it's a no-brainer winner. Excellent value excellent performance for almost 3 years in service.

This unit is very well designed PLUS the instructions for setup and use are clear and in good order. You must provide your own batteries. I like this because I know the batteries I install are new. I previously had a similar Geevon brand unit and there is no comparison. The UNNI is simply better by far. I like using 2 AA batteries in the remote sensors (instead of 2 AAA's like the Geevon) because I mainly am seeking to detect the onset of freezing temps and batteries can fail sooner when they are sized too small and subjected to near freezing temps. The display is outstanding! Even with the back light turned off it is clearly readable at all angles. (Not so the Geevon) Next add the USB power for constant on and you have all options available. Excellent! Display backlight turns off after 10 seconds, but is easily still visible except in dark conditions. Turn on the backlight with a touch on the lightbulb sensor on the front and it is back to full light. Includes low battery signals and indicators. Includes easily set Hi and Lo temp AND humidity ALARMS. Allows for simple readout of max and min temp & humidity over the past 24 hrs with the touch of just one button. AND it shows the trending up, down, or stable for both temp and humidity. I admit that I just received this and set it up so long term endurance remains unknown, but the Geevon lasted one year and had intermittent sensor signal loss which was frustrating. The UNNI cost just a little more, but is a clear winner if you need a unit with 3 outdoor sensors in addition to the indoor reading on the base unit.

Just received & fully tested (for accuracy) this complete 3+1 outdoor temp/humidity sensor with an indoor temp/humidity in its mini, 4-color base station. Verdict??? I definitely recommend👍🏻. I had the following needs & objectives: *Accurate. *Three (3) Temperature AND Humidity remote sensors. *An always visible, easy to see LCD base station w/ quick referencing temp measurements. *Cheap. Cost was $31 total w/ S&H. Summary: *I got all features I required👍🏻 along with an indoor Temperature / Humidity sensor in the base station w/ 4-colors (green, blue, yellow, & white). *Is a perfect compact size for my desk at 5-6" tall & 3-4" wide overall. *Is easy to see in the day time w/ office lights ON & you can dim 1 additional "level" and/or turn off. *I don't need the particular feature BUT, it's often vital for others; each remote sensor can be set to "alarm" at a particular set degree (F or C), along w/ Max Temps reached. Note: a) Its detachable power cable is ~5` w/ a USB on one end & a mini barrel power connector for its base. b) The color, mini base also takes 3 AAA batteries for backup and/or to use if you lose or don't have power. c) The sensors take 2 AA batteries and come set for wireless channels #1, #2, #3. d) As I mentioned, I tested all four measured temperature values (3 remote sensors & base) and their grouped delta F, after 4 hours, read 73.4⁰, 73.4⁰, 73.2⁰, & 73.3⁰. NOT BAD at all.

I purchased the first (White Background) unit in 2024 which works fine and tells me the temperatures in my garages. When my Weather Station for the camper began giving erroneous temperatures for the Outdoor Sensor, I decided to get another 3-sensor UNNI - to monitor front, middle and rear of our 5th wheel Reflection 337RLS - from the house while parked in the yard/driveway. While camping the main display unit would monitor the middle (kitchen) and the 2nd sensor would go outside on the rear jack pad below the dining slide for outdoor temperature. The second unit I ordered was the Black Background - Thinking I would be able to identify the camper unit (Black Background) from my Garage Unit (White Background). The Black Background unit reported a temperature (8 degree too low) for sensor 2 without even having batteries in it. When the batteries were inserted, it reported the same temperature. (See Pictures) Returned to Amazon and decided to order the White Background unit again (Since my 2024 unit is working fine. The second White Background unit is worse than the Black Background unit I had just returned. Sensors 1 and 2 reported a temperature without batteries inserted. Sensor 1 reported the identical temperature as the main display unit and Sensor 2 is 7 degrees too low. (See Pictures). Back to Amazon with this unit and try for a 3rd time - Wish me luck! Being an Engineer with both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degrees - And working in the electronic design and manufacturing industry for 30+ years - I suspect the main display units are defective (Not the sensors). Probably a wave solder issue bridging/shorting circuity from a skewed component or excess solder? Possibly a defective IC Control Chip. Note: I have seen quality Control issues like this during my career. One company I worked for designed our products in house, but had the manufacturing in China to stay competitive. When a product displayed high fallout for functionality, we established 100% functional testing in China (additional cost) before shipment to our site in the USA. When quality did not improve, we established 100% functional testing at our USA site (Additional cost again). What we found out is that the Chinese company was shipping 100% of the product (despite not passing functional testing).

My old inside/outside thermometer unit was bought about 20 yrs ago & had a wired outside temperature sensor, poked out below a shaded window in our conservatory. It operated reliably on 2 dry cell alkaline batteries. This U UNNI Indoor Outdoor Thermometer, Battery or USB Powered with Wireless Transmission of Data from 3 Remote Sensors is a great improvement, & seems to be well worthy of its £19.99 price. The U UNNI Thermometer Kit seems adequately accurate. See my photos: the main unit is on an out of sun kitchen window, the 1st remote sensor away from windows in our lounge, the 2nd shaded from direct sun in our conservatory & the 3rd shaded from direct sun under a cover, but with free airflow over it, on our patio, not very near sun-heated patio slabs or house wall bricks, superheated by the sun. I think that, at the moment, if I put some oil on a patio slab, I could fry eggs, or possibly steaks, on it, saving firing up the BBQ! Having no scientifically calibrated temperature gauge, it seems to me that the temperature readings on the other thermometers I have in my photo is close enough to accept any of them as an accurate guide to temperatures indicated. I cannot determine which is most accurate. Our house has cavity-insulated engineering bricks outside & heavy, solid breeze blocks with embedded flints on the inner wall of external walls & separating internal rooms (no frame & plasterboard internal walls here). I mention that because I get, at all times, reliable data transmissions from all remote sensors to my kitchen windowsill temperature display unit (from the lounge- through 2 internal walls & 2 external cavity walls; from the conservatory sensor through 1 cavity wall, 2 internal walls and the multi-skinned double-oven cooker; & from the patio remote, through 1 cavity wall & 3 internal walls; the most distant sensor is about 15 metres away from the display unit. Incidentally, the temperature on reading from the patio sensor this afternoon as I write this review is 37.5 degrees C & 32% humidity. I am very pleased with this U UNNI Indoor Outdoor Thermometer, & happily award it 5 stars. My old inside/outside thermometer unit (not in my photograph) has now gone to a charity shop & will hopefully earn them some money.

Excellent quality and accuracy. I had another unit from a different manufacturer from Amazon and it lasted about 5 to 6 years outside before the sensors started to report inaccurate information due to age and breakdown. This unit was affordable and it's even more accurate than the model I had before. This is a quality unit and has no issues connecting to the home base. I have one sensor in my garage and two outside in the front and back of my home and they read within. 0.2 of a degree Celsius, if not the same. They have a plus minus of 1 degree which is exceptional accuracy. If you want a quality temperature and humidity reader, this works great up to 100m or approximately 330 feet. Cheers!
