Awful. This book is about 10 pages long, each 'chapter' is around 2 pages. It is literally a print-out of a downloadable PDF. The content is very poorly written,not much more than common sense. Some of it is obvious, and some of it is actually wrong.

It is a very well crafted book providing useful information and strategies. Would definitely recommend to those who needs a bit more Alpha male boost!
