Does they come with recess mount or is it just the bulb

They come with their mounts, basically 2 clips that you pop into the little hole to put the spot in place. I love them and they were exactly what i needed but these are small!

Do you need a 12 for power supply. You can purchase a 12 V adapter that has a plug as well. That will convert your 110 to 12 V for you to run these lights.
