LockNFlate Air Inflator Adapter 1/4 NPT (m) to Standard Schrader Valve (m)

I used the purple Permatex hydraulic thread sealant on the 1/4" NPT threads as I always do, I find it is a better seal than teflon tape and provides some threadlocking capability as well (I'd rank it between blue and red threadlocker strength). Just a quick turn with a 9/16" open ended wrench and it was perfect on the LockNFlate open flow inflator adapter. First time I clamped onto the Schrader valve of my tire, it sealed up just fine without any leaks. The Milwaukee M18 Inflator onboard gauge is also dead accurate. It matched my JACO gauge down to the tenth of a psi. I was genuinely impressed with the performance of the Milwaukee M18 Inflator along with the LockNFlate adapter, as well as this 1/4 NPT to Schrader valve adapter.

Solid brass, quite heavy, fits my hose and valves properly, and works as intended. On the expensive side, but I got it to work with my LockNFlate coupler. Unfortunately, a necessary additional cost. Since it's a brass fitting, I expect it to outlast the air hose, coupler, and probably me.

Added to my Milwaukee M18 tire inflator to allow me to add the LockNFlate Tire Inflator. The original M18 screws onto tire valve stem whereas the LockNFlate Tire Inflator is easily pushed on and locked to valve stem. Adapter took seconds to install, does not leak air, and makes tire inflation easier and quicker. LockNFlate Tire Inflator
