WEKAPO Beach Blanket Waterproof Sandproof Oversized, Extra Large Beach Mat Sand Free, Lightweight & Compact Sand Free Mat with 5 Stakes & 4 Corner Pockets

This was one of the BEST purchases of summer. We took it to the beach and used it every day for a week. It was light weight but fastened securely to the sand and didn’t blow. It was large enough for my four grandchildren and two parents and me. It repealed water and shook out easily. Putting it away took less than three minutes but was worth it as it snuggled into a small bundle that fits in you hand. We also take it poolside at home and will be using this for fall picnics in the park as well. Loved all the pattern choices.

I love this beach blanket and honestly wish I’d bought it sooner. I’m really picky about beach stuff and looked forever for one that was functional but still pretty. A lot of beach blankets look kind of cheesy to me, but this one is actually cute. The material is almost like a lightweight sheet, so it folds up really small and is super easy to pack. Sand doesn’t cling to it, which is probably my favorite part — you can shake it off without bringing half the beach home with you. I use a CoolCabanas beach tent and actually cut a small hole in the center of the blanket so the pole could go through it. I was a little nervous about ruining it, but it has held up really well even after modifying it. It’s lightweight, practical, easy to pack, and looks good. Definitely one of those beach purchases I wish I’d made sooner.

This beach blanket is a good purchase. I purchased it before our trip to Florida and it came in handy! We did a day trip over to Cocoa Beach and we weren’t aware of the sea kelp problem at the time. There was dried sea kelp all over the beach. With it being dried it had sharp edges. No problem for us because we wore our sand shoes and flip flops out on the beach and set up our beach cabana and this nice beach blanket. It kept our feet from sitting on the hot sand and our belongings didn’t have to sit on the sand. It is very thin but that wasn’t an issue for us. It was easy to shake the sand off and roll it back up. Covers large area. I carried a small brush to help brush sand off the edges prior to roll up.

I bought this to take to Hawaii for use on the beaches. It's lightweight, but tough enough to lay on the sand and give a good base. It's larger than I imagined and comes with loops on the corners with little metal stakes to anchor it. And, it does roll small enough to fit in the attached pouch when leaving the beach. It's lightweight too so is fine to pack in a case. I laundered it after returning home and it came out great. It's a good buy, I'm pleased with it.

Really happy with this blanket - it's compact and lightweight, so it packs easily for any beach trip. The waterproof material keeps sand and moisture out, and the corner stakes are a great addition, keeping it anchored even when it's windy. Well-made and functional. Highly recommend!

Nice, large, soft, looks good and easy to manage with corner hooks. Really easy to carry. Folding with two people is quick. It is water-repelling and easy to shake off sand at end of day. Super handy. Important to know: As the fabric is thin, like a sheet, and smooth, it's maybe better for grass as, on the beach you'll find more sand migrating ONTO the sheet than with a thicker cotton beach sheet. Having used this over this past holiday weekend, I'm not sure I would have purchased knowing that. We do put turkish beach towels etc. down on top, but the sand volume is higher than with our old thick cotton beach blanket.

Wow ! This thing is way bigger than I realized and really did it's job. Very stylish and perfect for the beach. We had so much room for our family of 4 ( mind you we have 1 teenager & 1 20 year old ) and everybody fit. Highly recommend. Very waterproof & easy to keep sand off.

We make multiple trips to the beach and this blanket is a must! Sand didn't stick to it, it is cooling and not heavy, and the anchors to keep the wind from blowing it are awesome!

Excellent beach blanket

It’s so thin and floppy that sand gets all over it. But otherwise, decent waterproof fabric.
