TDK DVD-RW Recordable Disk Rewritable Cased 4x Speed 120min 4.7Gb Ref DVDRW474X10 [Pack of 10]

I have a Panasonic DVD Recorder and all rewritable discs(Sony,Panasonic and Maxell) I have used in the past have like these required formatting prior to use. They all took about a minute or so without any problems. The TDK discs however that is another story. All 10 discs took the best part of 40 minutes to process. 2 discs went through the process without a hitch. The remainder kept coming up with "error", "problem with disc". I persevered and managed to get 8 in total ready for recording. The remaining 2 discs would not format and ended up in the bin. I suppose 8 discs for the price isn't bad but not worth the hassle. Don't think I'll be buying TDK again.

Only 2 discs out of the box worked properly. Error messages or 'no disc' messages for the rest. Would not buy again, obviously.

Faulty discs could not record on any of them.I have since found out that the seller must have been aware of the limitations of these discs and thereforeHas been selling them fraudulently.Hope this helps.

These discs are very good value, well worth the money

Basically these do what it's said on the packaging!I'm using them as master disks at the moment and have no complaints!
