Great bag
This is a great lunch box. It has so many compartments and it’s really durable. I purchased this for my boyfriend because he’s broke his last one but he had it for years so I decided to purchase him another one. I know he’s going to love it.

Quality of material
Peace I’ve bought this bag when the company first started and back then the quality of material and it was more durable for the bag was much much better it also came with gel packs and a shaker cup that was included for the same price I bought it again thinking I was getting the same quality but I was wrong nevertheless it does what it’s intended to do.

Terrible customer service
I purchased the innovator in March 2023. There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty on the bags, however there is no one to contact re the warranty. Both emails on the website don’t work, “can’t be found” and no response from Facebook page either. This bag was expensive. I expected it to last longer than 4 months!!!! Terrible customer service! Is the company still operating?!?! 🤬

Nice but….
So I’m being critical for the price point. The bag is a good design and layout. I feel that the material build is a little cheap. This is coming from someone that works in a rough environment and have doubts it will last a long time in that situation. I previously had a King Kong meal prep bag for several years and it was tough.

Best lunch bag bar none.
This is the best lunch bag I've ever had, which is why I replaced my previous Innovator with the same brand. This bag is smaller than the previous version, but I prefer it as it has sufficient space for my needs and it doesn't look like I'm going on holiday when I leave the house.It's a bit pricey, but the quality is unparalleled and will last you for a good couple of years.

Nice but smaller than expected
I ordered this as a birthday present for my son to replace an older version. Evidently this is the only size now available. It is much smaller than expected but still a nice bag.
