Invested in this as Teen daughters room is ALWAYS boiling throughout spring and summer. We've tried all different kinds of fans in the past but had problems with them running out of water or not being powerful enough. This one is incredible! + It comes with 4 ice blocks (freeze 2, keep 2 in fan) so you can rotate them and never be without. + The water container at the bottom holds a huge 8LTrs of water so no need to refill all of the time + Easy to fill up as it fills from the top and it gets sucked down into the tank at bottom + The fan sucks up water from the bottom tank, and keeps just enough water in the top tray (along with ice packs) to provide chilled air for hours on end + Cleverly sucks any unused water back down into the tank when you turn it off + High power blow and you can change the directions + Remote control & Timer Feature are added extras So much cheaper than I proper air conditioning machine. Just hope this lasts for years to come now 😊

working with cool option and cooling the room quickly within the first two days but after that it hasn’t worked. cool option just feels like a fan, it blows warm air all around, tried to ask for replacement as not sure if it’s just my one that’s faulty but no such option; recommended to refund and buy again but it wasn’t available then. it’s great for the first few days until it stopped doing its purpose within the first week and for the price you pay? not worth.

Make no mistake, this will not cool your room down. It has no impact unless you are in its line of blowing air. However it is a very effective strong fan . Haven’t noticed that much of an effect from the cold water and ice packs I have to say. I do have a ridiculously hot flat in summer but not practical to have air con due to design of building. It is very very noisy, I was worried on the strongest setting I would get complaints from my neighbors as it’s that loud. I recommend this as a great fan but do not imagine it will cool your room down as it will not .

Didn’t reach my expectations fully. It barely “cools” the air down. The noise level was average in all fairness. The size and design of the product made it easy for the item to be moved around the house as it was on wheels. For what I paid for, it was a pile of plastic, I didn’t think the quality was all there! The interface was quite easy to navigate though, the different settings allowed you to change the swing direction, and adjust the fan speeds etc. It had different modes, and timers so you could adjust that accordingly. The temperature was a massive massive letdown.

I've had this product for around 3 weeks now during the hot weather! Ive found it really helpful cooling us down. Easy to use and light weight. Cold blocks and water can be added to help cool the air more. Only downside is you cant remove the drawer at the bottom to empty/clean you just have a little plug at the back to pull out to drain the water from inside. Lowest speed setting not too noisy for sleeping. There are 2 other settings in it think its natural/sleep mode but i don't tend to use them. Overall seems like a good air cooler.

Set up is fairly simple - you fill with water and add two ice packs to the top container if you wish to use the 'cool' feature. You'll want a pouring container/pouch that can hold at least 6 litres of water to save time. In terms of function - despite the large size, this is definitely a personal cooler and will not cool an entire room. It's only effective if close by and positioned directly towards the user at a close distance. If your room is super hot, it can feel inaffective after a while, or even feel like it's pushing out warm air. It's very loud if you go past the first speeding setting. The fastest speed setting is super loud. This is better than nothing and will provide a personal solution when using the ice packs and cooling mode - however, as mentioned - it's not going to fill a room and you may need more than one for different areas, which may not be practical for many.

Had this for a few weeks now, cannot recommend highly enough. As you can see from the photo, we have this up on a chest of drawers, really helps with distribution of the cool air. Also shows how small and lite this item is. Even although it is on castors, just as easy to pick it up. Vert easy to use, not too noisy either, can happily sleep with this on. Timer function for turning it off is really good too. So good, thinking on buying another, so we have one upstairs and downstairs.

We’ve had this less than a month and use it as both a fan & air cooler, it does keep a room cool aslong as it’s close to you at night but there is a few faults with it. Firstly the ice packs expand and start to break/split, once they expand they don’t fit in the compartment for them properly. Secondly after a small amount of use the mesh in the back starts to stink of really bad damp, so bad that it is unbearable to use as it just blows very smelly air at you. The only way i can describe the smell is like someone has got a fan blowing past a very damp dog, it’s awful! I don’t have any pets allowed in my bedroom so it isn’t that i’ve got a damp smell inside the house, and when i go close to the fan part that’s where the smell is coming from. Youre supposed to be able to clean inside but i’m unsure how you can do that when it’s pretty much a large chunk of plastic? If it was easily accessible it would be better, unsure if it would even be able to be cleaned regardless if you could get inside it or not as it looks like some form of cardboard mesh that holds the water. No way to contact the seller either which isn’t helpful for trying to figure out how to fix the issue.
