Worth the money - Excellent purchase
I bought this laptop as I haven’t had a personal laptop for almost 10 years, have always used my work laptop. I was looking for something with decent specs and wasn’t really bothered about the year. Saw the price for this and went ahead with the purchase. This laptop really exceeded my expectations, first of all, opening the box, this looked absolutely brand new and had not even a single scratch on it. Powering it up, I could see how well refurbished this was. Excellent running speed and battery life showed over two hours, I haven’t used it off the charger yet but I doubt there will be any issues. Highly recommend Lenovo refurbished laptop.

Worst product
The battery last only 15 minuits. I hardly used around 6 times after buying. The seller denied my request and send me report of the test which is baseless. Product is good but battery is draining like anything. Please dont waste your money

At first I was blown away
Only recently discovered the battery isn't charging. Tried using different charges, it's not that. I think it's a problem with the drivers which I reinstalled the battery started charging again but only briefly and stopped. Not ideal considering I haven't had it long. Apart from that I love everything else on it but now I don't know what to do about the battery?
