It is bright and refreshing
My go to tea it’s IMHO so much nicer than Earl Grey. The citrus notes add a taste that is refreshing. Twinings offer a quality that is consistent and you get what you expect. Buying a 4 pack makes economic sense. My go to tea it’s good for breakfast, lunch or afternoon.

I absolutely love Twinings Lady Grey—it’s a lovely twist on the classic Earl Grey, with a lighter, more citrusy flavour that’s perfect for any time of day. The subtle notes of orange and lemon give it a refreshing brightness without being overpowering. It brews beautifully, whether you prefer it strong or a bit milder, and it’s especially nice without milk—though a slice of lemon really brings out the flavour. The packaging is neat and the individually wrapped bags keep it fresh, which is a bonus. If you find Earl Grey a bit too bold, this is a fantastic alternative—elegant, smooth, and just a little bit special. Highly recommended for tea lovers who enjoy something a little different!

Good value for money
I ordered this as it is my favourite tea. The multipack is reasonably priced. The tea is not too strong, ideal if you like a mild tea. Good value for money.

80 bag boxes are extremely poor quality, do not recommend
A long term favourite. My bulk purchase was the old packs. 100 bags per box. The best! The new 80 bag boxes are very poor quality. Fake ingredients, not real bergamot or orange, the bags are plastic not paper, the bags are sprayed with fragrant oil which leaves an unpleasant taste and oily slick on the surface if drink. I've switched to m&s miss Grey in grey package

Milder taste than earl grey
If you like earl grey tea but find it a bit strong, this is a perfect alternative.
