BabyMoov A014409 - baby video monitors (Radio, White, 13 cm, 13.300 cm, 8.600 cm)

In all honesty, to date this product has been very disappointing. It has some nice features (the customizable light and the lullabies)' with the best being the clip design as it makes it very easy to attach to a variety of furniture. But unfortunately, that's all the good I can speak about it.Here are my views on this product, obviously based on my own personal experience:- the thermometer is off by way more than the delta indicated below. In email communication with a Babymoov I was told "'the temperature of the emission camera is given for information but this is not the purpose of the product". Well, this is not how that feature is being advertised. The following statement has been copied from the website: "Ambiance Monitor: You can carefully monitor and control baby's room ambient conditions thanks to a built-in sensors which detect the temperature of the room". Therefore the thermometer is not there to inform on the temperature of the emission camera but to allow parents to monitor the temperature of their baby's room. It is either that or the website is intentionally misleading.- the iOS app is massively underdeveloped:1. With an Apple 6 with latest iOS and Babymoov app versions and strong WI-FI signal coverage, the camera disconnects quite often and no warning is provided.2. The way the picture is being portrayed on the "full angle" mode as a landscape pic when holding the phone vertically and then not rotating when holding it horizontally resulting in a very tiny image. More on image, the "full screen" mode is just a zoom into the central part of the image and not a real full screen mode.3. Lullabies (music) can't really be uploaded as a tab on the music section of settings suggests.4. The username and password section doesn't work. I have tried on several occasions to change the password with no luck.It looks to me as if the app was released without being properly tested or even ready?!I never write any feedback. The reason why I am doing so with this product is twofold. First, because this is child care equipment people rely on to monitor their little ones, so emotionally people go the extra mile and pay more to buy the best their money can get. Second, because 'I have paid £230 for both the camera and the monitor and I think it is an absolute rip-off when considering all of the issues above and other products available out there for significantly less and better over functionality.

Firstly, I was very impressed when this item arrived as it comes in a nice box and the camera looks very good quality.The setup is easy to install and I downloaded the app on teh Google Play store. The manual is easy to use and well explained.The installation is simple, just plug the camera into a plug socket and the second plug into a socket by your internet router box with the cable into a slot at the back of the router. You then need to scan the QR code under the foot of your camera as shown in the smartphone application and everything is connected (after a few attempts anyway - you need to wait until it makes a connection and the light changes colour on the back of the camera which I didn't realise at first)Various functions are available on the application and this is really impressive, it has a camera that can film or take pictures, turn-on the nighlight remotley and change the colour. Listen and talk back to baby or switch on lullabies. There is even motion detector alerts you when baby is awake and a temperature sensor to allows you to know the heat in the room. You can also login to watch baby when away from home or invite friends or grandparents to access.It also says it has a lifetime warranty, which is very reassuring should there be problems in the futureI also like the fact it emits no waves as I've read that these can be harmful to health.The camera attaches securely to the cot and there are cable tidies to keep these away from baby when he starts to stand upOverall I am very impressed by the quality & functions. The app probably has more functions that I will use but it is good to have their knowing I can keep track of what is going on.

Comprata per mio cognato che per lavoro sta fuori casa sembra ottima. Facilissima da montare, consente di parlare, scattare foto, fare video, accendere luci notte. Si vede benissimo anche in connessione 4g.

La idea del producto es brillante.El producto viene bien presentado, pero con una información para instalar escasa.Si hay problemas, que siempre los hay, es difícil conseguir contestaciones válidas.Después de muchas pruebas e intentos entre dos productos conseguimos que funcionara uno correctamente.El otro nos dijeron del servicio técnico (Babymoov) que lo devolviéramos, porque la cámara no se registraba.Ha estado sin utilizarse un año. Al ponerlo en marcha ha funcionado unos meses, hasta que ha dejado de funcionar el CPL donde se conecta la cámara.Puestos en contacto con el servicio de Babymoov, contestan diciendo que hace un año que el producto está descatalogado y que preguntemos por las tiendas cercanas si les queda algún recambio.Vaya, que nos busquemos la vida.Evidentemente no volveré a comprar ni a recomendar a nadie un producto de ésta casa. Esta visto que pasan totalmente de los clientes.Y eso que ofrecen un servicio de por vida (que yo no tenía activado)

Article très bien présenté dans son emballage, et très facile à installer avec Android. Les images sont belles même dans la nuit. Je le recommande...

le systeme est bien fait mais n'est pas fiable. On se retrouve avec bébé qui hurle et on ne l entend pas car le syteme c est deconnecté entre temps ...on est repassé sur de bons vieux appareils radio
