I chose this product over others because it looked properly manufactured and not something made in someone's garage. The price reflected this too. I checked the product website, which was German, but there was a translation page into English. I watched a video on how to use it. These have been made since 1997 so I decided there was a good chance that it was reasonably well designed and reliable.Having arrived, from Germany, there are only German instructions, which I don't understand. The A4 sheet of instructions are all in German.I have contacted the German seller, though my Amazon account with regard to the lack of English instructions.Edit: The seller replied within hours, via Amazon, with a pdf translation of the instructions. I have come to terms with the travel plug adaptor, as the quality of the generator seems very high overall. I have used the generator once and found it easy to use and the instructions are very specific and precise, which adds confidence that I have a good quality colloidal silver product. I think the English instructions should be sent automatically to save confusion and incovenience and, if a lead with an English plug is not available, this should be made clear and an adaptor could be offered, even if at an extra cost. I am pleased with the generator and it certainly looks well made.
