I’ve used this product a few times and it’s incredibly simple it is to use. I took this straight under the tongue and found it surprisingly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day and nearing time to sleep!

I bought this product a couple of times in the last 2 years and I was happy about it . With the last purchase , the quality declined dramatically . I don't know if they put by mistake something else in the bottle, but the color , taste and concentration was awful . It tasted like a bad tea .Very disappointed .

First night I tried it was the only night it was effective for sleep and relaxation. I took 1 dropper orally and later another sublingually. It gave me a headache at first that felt like my head was smooshed, but that feeling went away. Could be to vasodilation?Other times I tried it at bedtime gave me restlessness. I felt like I was withdrawing or something, all twitchy in my legs, could not relax. Kept me awake.Not sure what else this can do? I tried 200X Blue Lotus extract as powder before and that worked way better. Nice closed eye visuals before bed I could fall asleep watching.Nothing like this from this tincture. It is easy to use, just hard ro know if it works or if it just needs to be shaken harder next time. Oh yeah, sont forget to shake vigorously before using! This may be a suspension not a tincture.

Strong tincture so a little is needed to feel the effects and highly recommend. Product was delivered on time

I used this mainly to help with my dreams. It has helped me tremendously on my journey. Now I just have to learn to remember my dreams when I awake.The taste isn’t too bad. I always take it with fruit juice and I can barely taste it. (I read that citrus enhances it so I usually drink it with orange juice)It helps me fall asleep but it’s not a knock out. What I mean is, I can easily fight the sleep if I wanted. I don’t have problems sleeping so I really don’t have much to say on the matter other than that.Hope this helps.

I’ve been using this product when I go to bed and it really does help me relax and go to sleep.
