So comfortable and stable

After 3 months from couch-to-strength training I am now lifting weights to improve lower back stability. This belt whelps me be mindful of proper posture. Comfortable and well constructed.

Initial thoughts on this belt were great. I love the color and pattern scheme and fit was perfect and range of motion and stability using this belt was awesome.I’ve bought to of these now and am still in comms with Bear KompleX in regards to the issues I have with both belts. The material inside the fabric ripped all the way through in two places on my first belt after just over a year of use. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I contacted them and informed them of the broken belt and they offered a discount for another belt. I opted out of the discount and purchased another belt. I’ve had it less than two months and the second belt broke almost in exact same spot. I’m currently dealing with them again in regards to this matter. Their customer service is great and as I said I love the product I just hope I can figure out why it keeps breaking.

Great belt however there is rust pitting starting on the metal loop. Did not notice it upon first arrival so I imagine it was from sweat or moisture from gum bag being zipped closed in pocket. I've wiped it down since noticing but once rust starts, you know what happens. Not sure the finish they use but not good, would prefer a stainless material.Contacted customer support thru website, no response so that's not good either.I'll keep using it cause it is comfortable, quick, and provides good support during none heavy days, just enough for core stability.

The only issue is I feel the sizing was a bit off. I measured first and I am a big girl (5'7 and 235) Got an XL and it is too big. Will be getting a L next time. Belt is great for crossfit.

I bought this belt for my wife and she has reported to me that the belt is comfortable and provides the support she needs while lifting. Easy to use and effective.

Used it for 2 sessions. deadlifts and front squat. Ripped at the join, very disappointed. Bear Komplex are being pushed as a top brand but this product seems cheap in material. size and dimensions are ideal so really is disappointing.

Good fit with strong velcro fastening, but the belt ripped after only moderate use.

Great belt, good fit worth the money.
